The quetzal  is the blue-green  feathered, red-throat  bird of paradise  of Guatemala.

It can  only survive    in total  freedom. For Guatemala, it is the emblem of freedom, and the emblem of the national flag… It also is the name of the country’s currency.

The species is being extinguished... a real symbol!
